Stress Relief

      There are many school tasks everyday and I am always stressed. I have two ways to relieve stress. The first is to sleep well. I don't have to think about anything while I sleep. Sleeping makes me feel good. The second is to sing a song. Singing my favorite song makes me feel better and forget what I don't like. I like to sing a song that is difficult to sing. It is difficult for me, but when I can sing it, I feel very happy.

  2. It is effective for me to sing in a loud voice to relieve stress! Recently, I was able to calm my mind after singing CITRUS at karaoke.
